Great overview of determining the Doppler with TDM MIMO by looking at phase offsets between TX antennas. They use an interlaced zero-padded Doppler FFT to not have to compensate for the Doppler frequency, but instead for the aliasing caused by the interlacing only. Similar to what TI's mmWave describes (except TI does not interlace).
